About me
About me
I founded HR Dynamics Consulting in 2019 after a long career in Human Resource Management. Having worked mainly in the financial industry I wanted to broaden my scope as an interim professional. In the years that followed, I was fortunate to work on exciting projects in all types of companies, from non-profit to multinationals across various industries.
After more than 30 years in HR, I strive to contribute to the area of expertise and the people that work in it by sharing knowledge and continuing to learn about people and business.
People appreciate my down-to-earth, pragmatic approach and sense of humor in bring to the worklife. As a company credo I chose

Next to my passion for Human Resource Management I love spending time in nature, prefably on horseback. As an active volunteer for WWF (World Wildlife Fund) I get to combine the two, by teaching kids and young adults about the importance of nature preservation.

Together with a group of enthusiastic people with a green heart, we develop different initiatives to raise awareness and funding for the World Wildlife Fund. One of the activities I take on is teaching kids and teens about our planet and the beautiful species that live in it.
